“Route 130 Before and After Traffic Study”

The objective of this project is to assess multiple measurements of effectiveness of the traffic safety and mobility including the smooth flow, travel time reliability, congestion reliability, intersection efficiency, and corridor demand in NJ Route 130 before and after the implementation of the Adaptive Controlled Traffic Signal System (CTSS).
