Mr. Gerber is Vice President and Principal Project Manager for Mott MacDonald, an international engineering consulting firm.  Aaron has 20 years of infrastructure asset management and engineering experience. He is a subject matter expert in pavement and asset management systems, pavement and asset data collection processes, and pavement engineering and is actively supporting many State DOT, County, and Municipal agencies across the nation in the implementation of their pavement programs.  He currently serves on the Transportation Research Board Committee AKT10 – Pavement Management Systems, and AKP10 – Committee on Pavement Condition Evaluation.  He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rowan University in 2003 and completed graduate studies in Civil Infrastructure Systems from the University of Delaware in 2008.  He is a Registered Professional Engineer in seven states.
