Mr. Jha has over eleven years of professional experience in the area of pavement analysis and design. He has served as a Project Manager with Advanced Infrastructure Design on numerous NJDOT pavement rehabilitation projects. Mr. Jha has conducted and supervised hundreds of pavement condition survey projects for both airfields and highways. Mr. Jha also has extensive experience with the 1993 AASHTO design procedure, Pavement ME, and MicroPaver. As a graduate student at Rowan University, he was involved in developing the pavement design catalog based on the Mechanistic-Empirical Design Guide (MEPDG) for NJDOT. As part of his graduate studies, Mr. Jha evaluated the pavement cracking performance based on limiting strain value and developed a pavement design catalog for the Rhode Island Department of Transportation. Mr. Jha was awarded the “2008 Outstanding Student Award” by the NJDOT research bureau and “2009 Excellence in Graduate Research Award” by Rowan University.
