Biography

Anil Kumar Baditha is currently working on multiple projects funded by the Department of Defense (DoD). His research interests are Chemo-mechanics and rheology of asphalt binders, pavement design and evaluation.

Before joining CREATES, he worked in the pavement division of Larsen & Toubro Construction, as a Senior Engineering Consultant. He completed his doctoral degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India where his research focused on laboratory and field performance evaluation of high modulus/high performance asphalt mixtures. He earned his Master’s in Transportation Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy, India, and his Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur, India. To date, he published 4 peer reviewed journals and 4 conference papers.
