High Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement in Hot Mix Asphalt

Abstract: The objectives of this project included: (a) developing a thorough understanding of the properties of the mixture and binder with higher percentages of RAP and (b) exploring the possibility of designing surface asphalt mixtures with high percentages of RAP approaching 35 percent without compromising performance.
