Full-scale Field Evaluation of Cold-in-Place Recycling (CIPR) Performance Under Heavy Traffic

Abstract: The goal of this project was to develop a performance balanced mix design approach for designing Cold In Place Recycling asphalt mixtures in the laboratory. This study developed a procedure for designing CIR mixtures for heavy trafficked pavements (i.e. airfield pavements) through balancing rutting and fatigue cracking for these mixtures.
