• Project Goal: This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of available shared mobility models using the Plug-in Electric Vehicles (PEVs) that target underserved communities in New Jersey.  It also develops a robust plan that would provide affordable, implementable, and effective access to PEVs in underserved communities throughout NJ.
